With this program, AEX performs all of the necessary work, so it is not necessary for the referring advisor to have any knowledge of commercial loans (and a license is not required to receive referral fees from AEX). In addition to commercial finance brokers, referral agents can be friends, relatives, business colleagues, or advisors.

With the AEX Business Loans Training Program, AEX Commercial Financing Group is helping prospective commercial mortgage and small business funding brokers to acquire essential skills.

With this program, brokers will be expected to complete any special licensing requirements which are mandated. The AEX Business Advisor Referral Fee Program can be used to produce short-term income until brokers complete the AEX Training Program. As noted above, a license is not necessary to qualify for the generous referral fee payments offered by AEX.
