AEX is based in Ohio and provides specialized help for business financing and commercial real estate loans throughout the United States.

The AEX Business Advisor Referral Fee Program allows anyone to refer business financing opportunities and receive compensation upon completion of financing.

With this program, AEX performs all of the necessary work, so it is not necessary for the referring advisor to have any knowledge of commercial loans (and a license is not required to receive referral fees from AEX). In addition to commercial finance brokers, referral agents can be friends, relatives, business colleagues, or advisors.

We will certainly be equally appreciative of introductions and referrals to individuals who are not commercial loan candidates themselves but which might benefit from our services and advice.

Examples include attorneys, CPAs, commercial realtors and commercial bankers. However these referrals will not be included in our referral fee program unless there is a direct and immediate connection to specific business loans.

The AEX Training Program for commercial loan brokers has been discontinued.

We have eliminated our broker training program due to the increased time we are spending with business owners in an extremely challenging business finance environment. For brokers interested in specific assistance, we will do our best to help them on a consulting basis.
